As your birth doula, I’ll be by your side throughout labor and delivery, offering physical comfort measures, emotional encouragement, partner support, and informed guidance every step of the way. I’ll be on call for you starting at 38 weeks, available for check-ins during early labor, and fully present once active labor begins, holding space for your unique experience and helping you navigate each stage with confidence. After your baby arrives, I’ll provide 8 hours of in-home postpartum care, tailored to your needs. This may include feeding support, newborn care tips, emotional processing of your birth, help around the house, or simply giving you a chance to rest while I tend to baby. It’s all about making sure you feel supported, seen, and cared for, from your first contraction to the early days of newborn life.
